望城经开区：3年将新创办大学生创业企业逾500家

日前，望城经开区大学生创新创业基地揭牌成立。为鼓励大学生到园区创业，望城经开区11月5日举行大学生创新创业政策发布暨基地揭牌仪式，出台15条详细奖励和补助措施。

Recently, the College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone was unveiled. To encourage college students to start businesses in the zone, Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone held the Release Ceremony of Policies on College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Base Unveiling Ceremony on November 5, introducing 15 detailed incentive and subsidy measures.

截至目前，该基地已签约15家企业。相关负责人介绍，到2027年，基地将实现新创办大学生创业企业500家以上，新增创业大学生3000人以上，新增就业大学生10000人以上，新增科技型中小企业、创新型中小企业、高新技术企业等各类科创企业300家以上。

Up to now, 15 enterprises have already signed contracts with this base. The relevant person in charge introduced that by 2027, the base would achieve the goal of having more than 500 newly established startups founded by college students, with an increase of more than 3,000 college students engaging in entrepreneurship, more than 10,000 college students newly employed, and more than 300 science and technology innovation enterprises such as small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and high-tech enterprises newly added.

园区不仅为创业者解决租金、科研场地的难题，而且在人才公寓、食堂建设等方面也进行了充分考虑，解决了科研人员住宿、吃饭等问题。“在这里创业是真正无后顾之忧。”已与创新创业基地签约的长沙忆芯半导体有限公司负责人、中南大学粉末冶金研究院岳建岭教授表示。

The base not only helps entrepreneurs solve the problems of rent and scientific research sites, but also takes full consideration into aspects such as the construction of talent apartments and cafeterias, thus solving the problems of accommodation and dining for scientific researchers. "Starting a business here truly has no worries about the rear." said Professor Yue Jianling from the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University, who is also the person in charge of Changsha Yixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. that has already signed a contract with the base.
