大学生研发高分子柔性护栏,为出行安全保驾护航

近日,长沙市第二十一届“岳麓山杯”大学生创新创业大赛决赛落幕。湖南机电职业技术学院许小燕和团队带来的项目“刚柔并济——国内领先新型高分子柔性缓冲防撞护栏”脱颖而出,获得专科生组第一名的好成绩。

Recently, the final of the 21st "Yuelu Mountain Cup" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Changsha came to a successful end. The project "Combining Rigidity and Flexibility - A New Domestic Leading High-Molecular Flexible Buffer Anti-collision Guardrail" brought by Xu Xiaoyan and her team from Hunan Mechanical & Electrical Polytechnic, which stood out from the rest and won the first prize in the junior college student group.

该项目创新性地解决了防撞护栏柔性不足、防撞性差、维修不便等三大痛点,相关产品已得到推广应用。她介绍,团队已与4家公司达成意向合作,累计应用6000多米不同款式柔性护栏,另向6家企业交付产品试用。

This project has innovatively solved three major problems of anti-collision guardrails, namely insufficient flexibility, poor anti-collision performance and inconvenient maintenance. The related products have already been promoted and applied. Xu Xiaoyan introduced that her team has reached intended cooperation with four companies, with a cumulative application of more than 6,000 meters of flexible guardrails in various styles. In addition, they have delivered products to six enterprises for trial use.

在项目的研发过程中,许小燕和团队也得到了来自各方面的帮助。比如学校提供了大学生创新创业训练计划项目孵化基地、国家级重点实验室免费使用以及5万元扶持资金等。许小燕表示,团队计划年底在长沙成立公司,进一步加大研发与市场推广投入。

During the research and development process of the project, Xu Xiaoyan and her team also received help from various aspects. For example, the school provided an incubation base for the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program project, free access to national key laboratories, and 50,000 yuan of support funds. Xu Xiaoyan said that the team plans to establish a company in Changsha by the end of the year and further increase investment in research and development as well as market promotion.
