天心好戏上新！非遗+音乐剧，沉浸式邂逅中国千年年俗

On the evening of February 12, the Qunxing Theater of Hunan Provincial Cultural Center was brightly lit, where Xia Xiaozheng: Magic New Year, China’s first large-scale fantasy musical deeply integrated with intangible cultural heritage (ICH) elements, premiered nationwide in Tianxin District of Changsha. This fantastic journey through millennial New Year traditions takes ICH as the key, unlocking a vibrant and lively Chinese New Year for the citizens of Changsha.

2月12日晚，湖南省文化馆群星剧场灯火通明，国内首部深度融合中国非遗元素的大型奇幻音乐剧《夏小正·奇幻年》在长沙天心全国首演。这场跨越千年的年俗奇幻之旅，以非遗为钥，为长沙市民解锁了一个热气腾腾的中国年。

Rooted in Xia Xiaozheng, China’s earliest existing agricultural almanac, this musical tells the story of a naughty boy named Xia Xiaozheng who, after accidentally tearing up a door god painting, stumbles into a magical secret realm ruled by the Nian beast "Xi". Guided by a host of Lunar New Year deities, he embarks on a journey of self-growth and spiritual redemption.

本剧以我国现存最早的农事历书《夏小正》为创作根基，讲述顽劣少年夏小正因意外撕毁门神画，闯入年兽“夕”掌管的奇幻秘境，在一众年俗神祇指引下完成自我成长与心灵救赎的故事。

Taking musical theater as the medium, it revitalizes Hunan's intangible cultural heritage on stage. In the production, the 3-meter Nian beast puppet that incorporates traditional Hunan puppet craftsmanship astounds all who see it. Hand-carved Hunan shadow puppetry weaves together Chinese New Year custom scenes; Changsha paper-cut patterns and Tantou New Year painting compositions are integrated into the stage design. The story also incorporates elements such as Liuyang firework-making techniques and Changsha's Kitchen God folk customs, bringing the millennial New Year traditions to vivid life in an immersive stage experience.

以音乐剧为载体，让湖湘非遗在舞台焕新。剧目中，融合湖南传统木偶技艺的3米年兽木偶让人惊叹不已。手工雕刻的湖南皮影戏串联年俗场景，长沙剪纸纹样、滩头年画构图融入舞美设计，故事还结合了浏阳花炮技艺、长沙灶神民俗等元素，让千年年俗以沉浸式舞台模样鲜活呈现。
