湖南湘江新区金融（经贸）代表团访问阿联酋

The delegation attends a symposium with Hunan entrepreneurs in the UAE.

From March 22 to 24, a financial (economic and trade) delegation from Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, led by Tan Yong, deputy secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, visited the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The delegation came to conduct economic and trade promotion events and meet with representatives of Hunan entrepreneurs, accelerating the development of export-oriented economy in the New Area and facilitating higher-level opening up. Tan Yong also serves as secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area (Changsha High-tech Zone) and secretary of the CPC Yuelu District Committee.

3月22日至24日，长沙市委副书记、湖南湘江新区（长沙高新区）党工委书记、岳麓区委书记谭勇率湖南湘江新区金融（经贸）代表团访问阿联酋，开展经贸推介、看望湘商代表，加快新区外向型经济发展，推动更高水平对外开放。

During the visit, Tan Yong and his entourage paid field visits to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), and the Ajman China Mall, engaging in in-depth exchanges on deepening cooperation between the New Area and the Middle East. He emphasized the need to fully utilize advantageous resources and collaborate in areas such as cross-border investment and financing, digital trade services, and green finance. Additionally, he highlighted the importance of providing convenient and efficient services for enterprises in the New Area seeking to expand overseas, thereby helping more Hunan products go global.

谭勇一行考察了迪拜国际金融中心、阿联酋多种商品交易中心（DMCC）、阿治曼中国城，就新区深化与中东地区合作进行深入交流。他指出，要充分用好优势资源，在跨境投融资、数字贸易服务、绿色金融等领域开展合作，为新区出海企业提供便捷、高效的服务支持，推动更多“湘品出海”。

On March 22, Tan Yong attended a symposium with Hunan entrepreneurs. He expressed his gratitude to the numerous Hunan entrepreneurs for their efforts over the years in building bridges to expand two-way trade and investment and boosting the high-quality development of the New Area. He noted that the cooperation between Hunan and the UAE has deep roots. Enterprises in the New Area, such as Zoomlion, Ehome, and CiDi, have a good foundation for cooperation with the UAE in intelligent manufacturing, life sciences, health, and smart transportation. He sincerely hoped that the New Area and the Hunan Chamber of Commerce in the UAE will jointly explore new markets and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. The New Area will spare no effort in paving the way, building bridges, and creating platforms, ensuring that businesses can invest with confidence, operate securely, and focus on growth.

22日，在阿联酋湖南商会“湘商座谈会”上，谭勇感谢广大湘商多年来积极为扩大双向贸易和双向投资搭建桥梁，助推新区高质量发展。他指出，湖南与阿联酋的合作渊源深厚，中联重科、伊鸿健康、希迪智驾等新区企业，与阿联酋在智能制造、生命健康、智慧交通等方面有着良好的合作基础，真诚希望与阿联酋湖南商会一道，共同开拓市场，实现互利共赢，新区将全力铺好路、架好桥、搭好台，让大家放心投资、安心经营、专心发展。

During his visit, Tan Yong held discussions with relevant officials from the Ajman tourism authority in the UAE. Tan Yong noted that Ajman boasts a rich history spanning a thousand years, unique coastal scenery, and a wealth of world cultural heritage. Meanwhile, Xiangjiang New Area, known for its distinctive landscape of "one river, two banks, and a city of mountains, waters, and isles," is accelerating its efforts to become a "world-class tourist destination." He expected the two sides to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the fields of finance, trade and tourism, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results at a higher level.

访问期间，谭勇还与阿联酋阿治曼旅游局相关负责人座谈交流。谭勇表示，阿治曼拥有千年历史底蕴、独特的海滨风光和丰富的世界文化遗产，湘江新区拥有“一江两岸、山水洲城”独特风貌，正在加快建设“世界级旅游目的地”，希望双方进一步加强在金融、贸易、旅游等领域的交流与合作，实现更高水平的互利共赢。

During their stay in UAE, the delegation also visited enterprises including Naffco Company, Zoomlion Dubai Branch, and ZTE Dubai Company.

在阿联酋期间，谭勇一行还访问了迪拜埃迩发公司、Naffco公司、中联重科迪拜分公司、中兴通讯迪拜公司等。
