湘味小炒来到加州！费大厨美国首店试营业

Hunan cuisine is turning up the heat in California. Changsha-based restaurant brand Fei Da Chu has opened its first U.S. location for soft opening in San Diego, ahead of its official launch on Sept. 5. Diners can watch signature Hunan dishes — including stir-fried pork and beef with chili peppers — cooked fresh in the open kitchen. During peak hours, wait times have already topped 90 minutes.

来自长沙的湘菜品牌费大厨美国首店近日在加州圣地亚哥开启试营业，并将于9月5日正式开业。门店延续明档现炒模式，招牌辣椒炒肉、辣椒炒牛肉等湘味菜品现场爆炒。试营业期间，高峰期等位时间一度超过90分钟。
