长沙黄花国际机场成功入选进境免税店

On January 21, five central government departments including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration jointly issued a notice on matters concerning duty-free shops at ports of entry. The notice announced the establishment of one new duty-free shop at each of 41 ports of entry to the country, aiming to further leverage the role of duty-free shops in boosting consumption and improve the consumption service system at ports of entry. Changsha Huanghua International Airport was selected as one of these ports. This will inject new momentum into the city's efforts to build itself into an international consumption hub and unlock regional consumption potential.

1月21日，财政部、商务部、文化和旅游部、海关总署、税务总局五部门联合印发《关于口岸进境免税店有关事宜的通知》，明确在全国41个口岸各新设1家口岸进境免税店，长沙黄花国际机场成功入选。此举旨在进一步发挥免税店提振消费作用，完善口岸消费服务体系，长沙黄花机场的入选将为长沙打造国际消费中心城市、激活区域消费潜力注入新动能。

The newly established 41 port-of-entry duty-free shops are located at various types of ports including airports, sea ports, and land border crossings, and cover cities such as Wuhan, Changsha, Jinan, Changchun, and Harbin. Changsha Huanghua International Airport, a key aviation hub in central China, secured a spot thanks to its steadily growing number of inbound and outbound passengers, well-developed terminal infrastructure, and strong driving force for regional consumption. Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport in Hunan Province was also selected.

本次新设的41个口岸进境免税店覆盖机场、水运、陆路等口岸类型，涉及武汉、长沙、济南、长春、哈尔滨等城市。长沙黄花国际机场作为中部地区重要航空枢纽，凭借持续增长的出入境客流、完善的枢纽设施及强劲的区域消费辐射力成功入围。湖南张家界荷花国际机场同时入选。

Changsha Huanghua International Airport is no stranger to duty-free operations. It already hosts an outbound duty-free shop spanning approximately 500 square meters, featuring famous international brands across categories including tobacco, liquor, luggage, fragrances, and cosmetics. The shop provides high-quality duty-free shopping services to outbound travelers for years. With the addition of this new duty-free shop, the airport will now offer comprehensive duty-free services for both inbound and outbound tourists. Inbound travelers will be able to conveniently purchase tax-free commodities upon arrival, filling a gap in consumption services for inbound tourists.

长沙黄花国际机场并非首次布局免税业务。目前机场设有出境免税店，商业面积约500平方米，汇聚多个国际知名品牌，涵盖烟酒、箱包、香水、化妆品等品类，多年来为出境旅客提供优质免税购物服务。此次新增进境免税店后，将实现出入境免税服务双向覆盖，入境旅客下飞机即可便捷购买免税商品，填补此前进境消费服务空白。
