望城小伙回乡创业种萝卜 坛香剁椒萝卜条销往全国50多个城市

初冬时节,正是萝卜收获季。在长沙北城生态农业有限公司,工人们正在生产车间忙碌着,有的选料、有的切条、有的罐装,一坛坛剁椒萝卜条散发着清香,正等待发货。

Early winter is the harvest season for radishes. At Changsha Beicheng Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., workers are busy in the production workshop. Some are sorting materials, some are cutting radishes into strips, and others are engaged in canning. Jars of pickled radish strips with chopped peppers give off a delicate fragrance, awaiting shipment.

“今年是我回乡创业的第10个年头,2014年,我辞去银行的工作,回来承包了50多亩土地种萝卜,开始了我的创业路。”北城生态农业有限公司负责人李鑫刚说,为了做好萝卜产业,他不但自学萝卜种植技术,还虚心向本地名厨请教,并到全国多地的萝卜种植大户学习萝卜种植和萝卜加工经验。通过不断努力,公司去年产值达700多万元,今年有望突破1000万元。他的系列萝卜条产品搭上了互联网快车销到了全国50多个大小城市,销售对象主要是遍布全国各地的湘菜店。

“This year marks the 10th year of my entrepreneurship back in my hometown. In 2014, I quit my job at the bank and returned to contract over 50 mu of land for radish cultivation, thus kicking off my entrepreneurial journey,” said Li Xingang, the person in charge of Beicheng Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. To develop the radish business well, he not only taught himself radish-planting techniques but also consulted local renowned chefs with an open mind. Moreover, he visited large radish growers in many parts of the country to learn their experience in both radish cultivation and processing. Thanks to continuous efforts, the company's output value exceeded 7 million yuan last year and is expected to top 10 million yuan this year. His series of radish strip products have hitched a ride on the Internet express and been sold to more than 50 cities across the country, mainly to Hunan cuisine restaurants scattered all over the nation.
