长沙铜官:老坛与鲜蔬酝酿“冬日恋歌”
在望城区铜官姚记酱厂,一排排古色古香的酱菜坛子整齐排列在地窖中,走进地窖,浓郁的酱香扑面而来,橘黄色的灯光让人仿佛置身于神秘迷宫,酱菜厂的主人姚巨伟正忙着接待前来采购酱菜的客人。
In the Yaoji Sauce Factory in Tongguan, Wangcheng District, rows of antique-looking sauce jars are neatly arranged in the cellar. When you step into the cellar, a strong aroma of sauce wafts towards you. The orange-yellow light makes you feel as if you were in a mysterious maze. Yao Juwei, the owner of the sauce factory, is busy receiving guests who come to purchase pickled products.
20多年来,姚巨伟专注于姚记坛子菜这一品牌,每个环节、每道工序都匠心对待,在传承“老手艺”的同时,还创新了坛子结构设计,并取得了7项国家发明专利,丰富了坛子菜品种,达30多个。

While inheriting the "old techniques", he has also innovated the structural design of jars and obtained seven national invention patents, increasing the varieties of jar pickles to over 30.
铜官,是一座有着千年历史的古镇,以烧制陶器闻名于世。随着铜官古镇文旅产业的开发升级,八方游客纷至沓来,为了传承铜官窑文化,推销铜官坛子菜,7年前,姚巨伟将过去的烧制陶器的窑室打造成坛子博物馆,收藏大小陶坛8000多个,古色古香的坛子再现了铜官人千年制陶的印记。
Tongguan is an ancient town with a history of a thousand years and is renowned for firing pottery. With the development and upgrading of the cultural and tourism industry in Tongguan Ancient Town, tourists from all over the country have flocked here. In order to inherit the culture of Tongguan Kiln and promote Tongguan jar pickles, seven years ago, Yao Juwei transformed the former pottery firing kiln chamber into a jar museum, collecting over 8,000 pottery jars of various sizes. The antique jars reproduce the imprints of the thousand-year pottery-making by the people of Tongguan.
