不止于戏曲：长沙把非遗排进了课表

When Nanya Middle School's original Peking opera-inspired dance piece "Heroines in Memory" recently won first prize at the "Drama China" National Youth Drama and Culture Arts Competition — beating 80,000+ entries nationwide — it was no accident. The school has cultivated its opera soil since 2015, inviting Peking opera masters on campus and integrating opera into music classes and school-based curricula. 

近日，长沙市南雅中学原创戏曲舞蹈《巾帼·忆》从全国八万多个参赛节目中脱颖而出，斩获“戏剧中国”全国青少年戏剧文化艺术大赛一等奖。这不是灵感的偶然降临，而是十年耕耘的结果——自 2015 年起，南雅中学便将京剧传承人请进校园，将戏曲知识纳入音乐课和校本课程。

Nanya's decade-long dedication mirrors a citywide shift: Changsha's "ICH Youth" program, launched in 2017, now covers 1,400+ schools, bringing 20+ heritage crafts and performing arts — from shadow puppetry and Huagu opera to Xiang embroidery, dough figurine making, paper-cutting, and face-painting — into regular classrooms. Students learn from both teachers and master artisans in a "dual-instructor" model; some schools have built on-site ICH museums, like the province's first on-campus ICH museum at Yiqing Primary School. With 1.5 million students reached online and 1,700 trained as young inheritors, the program shows how heritage moves from display cabinets into children's hands.

南雅的坚守折射出长沙更宏大的转变：2017 年启动的“非遗班的少年”项目，如今覆盖全市 1400 余所中小学校，将皮影戏、花鼓戏、湘绣、面塑、剪纸、脸谱绘制等 20 余项非遗技艺带入常规课堂。学校推行教师与传承人“双师”授课模式；部分学校建有校内非遗馆——如全省首个建在小学里的非遗馆落户湘府英才益清小学。项目已触达 150 余万学生在线学习，培养 1700 名“小传承人”，让非遗从展柜走进了孩子们的双手。
